Welcome to our cosy and peaceful 2-bedroom home, nestled in a private development at the base of Leckhampton Hil, close to Cheltenham and Gloucester. We are privileged to be looking after this home while the owners are away, and whether you are here on business or leisure, we think this home will make an ideal base for a tranquil short stay.
The property is laid out as follows: Downstairs has an entrance porch and hallway with WC that leads to a comfy lounge with a sofa and armchairs, and TV, and dining table for 4. Patio doors from the lounge provide access to the well maintained garden with dining table for 4 and pleasant views up the hill from the front. Also downstairs is fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher, oven and hob and a fridge freezer too.
Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a King-sized bed, dressing table and plenty of clothes storage. Bedroom 2 is fully furnished too with a comfy double bed. Upstairs also has a modern family shower room and a desk on the landing to offer a dedicated space to study.
Outside, there is one allocated parking space, extra parking can be found on Sandy Lane (free street parking). We also offer onsite EV charging (Type 2) - additional charge applies.
